GLASSWOOL (BLANKET)

Glasswool material is primarily made from recycled glass which is melted at high temperatures and spun into fibers. Its properties include thermal insulation, shock absorption and sound insulation. Glasswool is produced in blankets/rolls or boards. Glasswool blanket or roll is a versatile insulating material. It is softer and comes in a bigger size; it can be cut to accommodate irregular spaces and surfaces to maximize its effectiveness.

Glasswool Board Type

GLASSWOOL (BOARD TYPE)

Glasswool material is primarily made from recycled glass which is melted at high temperatures and spun into fibers. Its properties include thermal insulation, shock absorption and sound insulation. Glasswool is produced in blankets/rolls or boards. Board type glasswool insulation is more rigid and comes in a standard smaller size. It is applied to wall partitions and other flat surfaces.

Rockwool has superior insulating value and long term durability. It can be used in variety of applications such as thermal and acoustical insulation for roofs, ceilings, walls and more. Rockwool board comes in a standard 2 x 4 feet size with varying densities.
